1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website, parent/staff portal, and related digital services operated by Vidyarthi Sahayyak Samiti Warora through the Aethon ERP by Trecsa Technologies platform ("Services"), accessible at https://dnyanda.ac.in.

By creating an account, logging in, making a payment, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

If you use the Services on behalf of a minor student, you represent that you are the parent, guardian, or authorised representative with authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• Accounts are issued to authorised parents/guardians, students (where permitted), and institutional staff only.
• You must provide accurate information and keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must notify dnyanda@vss.ac immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• The Institution may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Services only for lawful institutional purposes: viewing academic information, communicating with the school, paying authorised fees, submitting forms, and other functions enabled for your role.

You must not

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, other users' data, or administrative functions.
• Upload malware, scrape data at scale, or interfere with service availability.
• Misrepresent identity or impersonate another person.
• Use the Services to harass, defame, or distribute unlawful content.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform except as expressly permitted.

4. Institutional Content & Records

Academic records, fee statements, notices, and communications displayed in the portal are institutional records. While we strive for accuracy, official certified documents may require separate verification from school administration.

The Institution retains ownership of institutional data. Trecsa Technologies retains ownership of the Aethon software. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for institutional purposes.

5. Fees & Third-Party Payment Services

Online fee payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited as an independent payment aggregator. By paying online, you also agree to Razorpay's terms: https://razorpay.com/terms/.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. The Institution is responsible for fee policy decisions; payment rails are provided by Razorpay.

6. Electronic Communications

You consent to receive service-related communications electronically (portal notifications, email, SMS, WhatsApp templates where enabled). Marketing messages, where sent, will comply with our WhatsApp & Messaging Policy and applicable opt-out rules.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidyarthi Sahayyak Samiti Warora and Trecsa Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the location of Vidyarthi Sahayyak Samiti Warora shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
